Effective after the 2nd time

I had very small dark flies that rumkrabbelten in the earth in my green plant. After the 2nd time spray the leaves and the earth, they seem to be gone for.
What I do not like is the fact that the spray head very, can push very hard. I then pressed on it with both thumbs, so what comes out.
