My first cookbook! Not disappointed I must say, a great layout and attractive with nice pictures of various products used for each recipe, and of course a variety of recipes, classified by themes: "the butcher", "at the fishmonger", "home primeur "... it however fails" in the patissier "for desserts will require another book. But for everything else, it is really nice, even - and especially perhaps? - For a neophyte like me.
