Fortunately, another commentator (Jean Luc Saint-Amand) gave perfect instructions, using the included mini CD. Thank you to him, I copy here the text (which I followed to the letter) because the ranking of comments is sometimes strange:

You must install the card, start the machine, go to the folder "NEC720201-202" cd and run the executable "RENESAS-USB3-Host-Driver-30230-setup"
Then I had a problem: external ports but walked the devices connected to the internal port is permanently logged out.
