It was foreseen that the popular among UFO enthusiasts topic "Kidnapping of a man in an alien spaceship" contents of a large-scale production would be. The producers have miscalculated: The film flopped. This is partly due to the something utopian theme (based on a true story, as it repeatedly emphasizes), on the other hand some something schmaltzy sequences. Content: a forest worker is kidnapped in front of his colleagues in a giant UFO. Of course, no one believes the remnant, which will soon be suspected of murder. Travis Walton remains disappeared despite consuming searches. Suddenly he emerged three days later, distraught again ... The film is based on the supposedly true book "The Walton Expierence" of Travis Walton, who is also briefly seen as an extra. Although the experiences in the UFO are not based on the book, they are the highlight (nothing for the faint hearted !!!) the sometimes lengthy film. Interesting especially for "Rockford" James Garner, DB Sweeney and "Terminator 2" T1000 Robert Patrick. Conclusion: nice chat with impressive end.
