Equipment top, packing more than catastrophically, no reaction from Amazon

If you read the many reviews on the packaging, you knew it anyway. Naively, I've assumed that Amazon would have reacted after so long and so much criticism. None - not even on my photos described criticism came a feedback! That's when online shops really not the rule, but Amazon can afford sichs well!

The unit came with a completely zedellten corner that already Rost has stated. No Wonder. The Vepackung consists of thin corrugated board, a ground with about 3 cm edge, inside an approximately 8 mm thick Styrofoam plate. For this purpose a cover over the rest of the device, loosely, very loosely held together really with two plastic straps. Inside each loose unprotected on each side of the thin polystyrene sheets, corners. The device was apparently rumgeworfen.

Actually, you should return something immediately. But the chance that you get better substitute seems to tend to zero ... see previous speakers. Customers would be friendly, if Amazon would at least respond to the message on the packaging and offer a discount. But that's really disappointing.

Now the device: After all, it works. Otherwise I would have actually done the work with the return. It is compact and meets the needs of a single household full. Yes, a bit noisy, but usually something is not in the living room or bedroom.

Conclusion: absolutely recommendable device, but do not buy online but in stores and look before!
