the unit as a whole is satisfactory, the only downside is the plastic bowl has 2 very fragile ergos that break rather quickly, what is more, we do not find retail plastic bowl, which make the obligation to buy a new device every time. It would be good to improve the ergos part of which secures the bowl to the mechanical part, and that break all the time, otherwise the client turns to a more reliable product.
