Erntesegen Ursalz

I use this salt now for almost 2 years and can say one thing, it's one of the best salts I know. Certainly there are different tastes, so everyone swears by another, but to me it was primarily concerned, no cheap refined edible sheet or fluorinated (Engine scour for sodium fluoride poisoning) Iodide longer use that through the process of refining, completely denatured meet our organism and thus no longer have any value.

Furthermore, in all kinds of cheap salts chemical flow aids are used, so that the salt does not stick together (so smell and taste also extremely chemically), but a salt which still all molecules and trace elements such as magnesium has, is nunmal to clump damn. Me and my family did not not interfere too, mainly HEALTHY salt, since it pays the lump wegzuklopfen :-) an unspoilt salt like this one smells and tastes do not dry "natural" as it should be!
