ESGE magic wand with accessories - short version

In short, all around satisfactory, there is nothing to complain about! The engine is powerful and keeps well for several minutes by crushing, cream is beaten jiffy. The cleaning is very simple and should always be taken care of immediately. This saves the hassle of removing dried-on food. This is especially true for the (sharp) multifunctional knife. Accessories are great, especially the shredder saves the purchase of another product. The coiled cable is very convenient, the membrane switches are easy to operate.

However, if you often large amounts in high vessels (eg soup) prepared, should rather choose the long version of the ESGE magic wand. For a two-person household with normal portion sizes, the short version, in my opinion is always sufficient.

Addendum (10/03/2012):
The shredder can grind Parmesan cheese prima! This saves a lot of time and energy, is much faster than with the cheese grater or grinder. I zerteile the big piece of cheese in several small cubes (about 2x2x2 cm) and freeze it. If they are again half thawed, they come into the shredder and are milled in a flash. The result, however, is very fine. For those who prefer a coarser structure, should stick to the tried and tested methods or grind the cheese fresh (without prior freezing).
