Reading this book is simply essential. If one is a citizen concerned with the politics of his country, and in particular the external policy, the book deciphers the thread of the action of the French President and to better grasp the logic of "opening" for example. It is shown that the "break" Sarkozy promised but is present as a total rejection of the Gaullist tradition of French politics. An abandonment of the country's independence in favor of external interests imposed by clientelism more focused than ever.
One can also find a very interesting reflection on the way society behaves with its artists, the difficulty of it to hear the differing opinions and the clear trend étroitiser more the realm of the possible in terms of artistic expression.
