Now I have not read all the reviews, but I would like to point out that it is possible under 4.3, a USB-to-Ethernet adapter (in combination with a micro USB to USB adapter) to use and thus even without WiFi or UMTS, to be so via cable online. The information on this subject are scarce and I hope with this information to help someone further. Under Android 4.2 it has not the way to work.
