Euphony of a small space!

A few months is this great part in my application, and I enjoy it again and again. In combination with my Cowon D2 + the small but surprisingly powerful speaker is a true delight! When I brush straight or otherwise not want to walk with "ear shackles" by the apartment, I stöpsele together the dream team and listen to music with (given the size) pretty powerful bass and well audible (and non-corrosive) heights. Here also the centers (eg vocals) come over balanced - not too nasal, not too narrow, not too dull. However, the location of the speaker plays a not insignificant role in the listening experience. Adventurous listeners can get a lot more out of the thing, by deliberately placing it in melodious places. For example, it can be put in a bookcase - perhaps slightly towards rear corner - and will be rewarded with more bass resonances. And the material of the base also plays a major role. On a wooden table, the part sounds very different than on a hard flagstone. The height and the distance to own ear is essential. This is not to say that one must be extremely careful with the installation site, but that can be very easy to improve the sound when the part only way something and herschübst.

I own studio Montorboxen its best and still think that the sound makes a few meters away (for example, washing dishes in the next room) still really fun. More to conjure up such a small box can not.

The type (pop-up principle) makes it wonderful for In-the-backpack-Chuck. The charging time is sufficiently fast (perceived value) and the part holds (again felt) very long through. In this course, you can save some charge when an MP3 player with high output has (or one whose battery by holding very long as the Cowon D2 + added).

The connecting cable has been criticized here and there (to fiddly him pull out of the depression, too short). I have had no problems on both counts, as I the cable straight wg. the short length never put into it in the groove. I just let it dangle loosely between the inserts. Only those with an unfavorable placed sound port on the laptop (eg right mouse close) will be angry over the short cable.

Before buying decision I read all reviews on Amazon to similar powered speakers and was listening sound samples and videos from the web. At comparable products I had the impression that the sound either too thin or - was optimized too much on "Bum-Bum-hissing hissing" (Dancefloor & Co.) - if sufficiently in the foundation. Who is on synth sounds and excessive heights from, should rather choose another product. But who puts on more natural sound value will be well served with the Mobi. That part makes nevertheless also steam when needed. I hear everything from rock to classical Unplugged about it and am of the transparency and abundance (all relative of course) love it! So much so that I just barely bought one for my girlfriend!

I hope that this product will never be changed or taken off the market because it could become a favorite gift for friends advance with MP3 players and / or squeaky sounding laptop. Mine is in any case become a constant companion - in the office, in cooking, in the rehearsal room (for quick audition of a cover on which we are working), while bathing in the tub next to the bed for a romantic evening for two ... I can just about annoyed that I then bought so expensive earplugs, which now almost no longer be used because I prefer "free" with this favorable Speaker listen to music, even if the frequency response, of course, can not meet high fidelity claims.
