After the LiveView and the SmartWatch from Sony I have now the SmartWatch. 2
Today in a classified discovered: "LG G Watch, new, with bill 100". As an owner of the LG G2 and LG G Pad 8.3, and in spite of, among others disastrous (rust) messages, I thought, for the price you can not go wrong.
Unpacked, and then ... Yes, where is the Anschaltknopf? (...) Ah, the Watch needs to turn to the charging cradle to you, Oh, yes, then. Very useful.
Android Wear downloaded, coupled with smart, super. Then I wanted to download more apps for the watch, but also the ... ... was too much to ask .... Because Apps? What Apps?
Maybe I'm too spoiled by the plethora of apps for the Sony SmartWatch (which existed from the beginning!), But even a few simple as phonebook, SMS or music players were too much to ask. The amount of available and just meaningful Apps for G Watch was clearly manageable.
The menu itself is very atypical for Android, all just about swiping away / feasible. Also there is no key for z. B. Home or back, also are not available Appsymbole.
And otherwise? Google Now worked quite well, unless you're dictating a text message, or tried to call someone. And as soon as an Internet connection or connection was available via WLAN did - almost nothing more.
And the watch off when there is no on / off button? Exactly, very inconvenient to search and find on the menu. Shop? About the charger? Had indeed can not obstruct the device itself.
My conclusion: looks very pretty, Google Now works as far as possible, in a game sure to be a nice gimmick. There is at least one star. In terms of design - and thus is not the look meant - a joke, the rest far, far too immature. What the builders and developers have this merely meant?
Who wants better: Sony (Ericsson) LiveView about 25, or Sony SmartWatch 70, experience has shown that the best: Sony Smart Watch 2 100th
