The device works well finished. That he is not black but light underlines the high-quality impression.
The basic setup and operation is simple and straightforward. Only the setting for Airprint and set a default network folder for scans I still have problems.
Among the features:
ADF for scanning, copying, faxing works well. One can be scanned on both sides (but must adjust). Fax Setup surprisingly easily. When scanning, there are many options. Merge multiple scans into a PDF is possible. Excellent!
It has also always the option by means of simple key selection on the device or the software s / w or color scan, fax, copy.
Print: We print mainly b / w. and texts (Bürokommuniktion), so color printing is only occasionally required.
The printed image in s / w is good. Color printing is for normal claims perfectly fine (is not a photo printer).
Even duplex printing works well and is a practical paper-saving feature. However, if you print a document with a page twice and Duplex is preset. It prints the one-sided document on front and back instead on two sides. ;-(
There are two indents. A below for standard paper and we use the second (rear) for scratch paper for internal communication. Even envelopes can be printed on it.
Smaller orders handled by the printer amazingly fast for an ink. Also total the speed is totally ok.
Multifunction makes here its name. For consumption, I can not say much. According to tests that should however be quite low. Let's see ...
Overall, I am so far impressed by the price / performance ratio
