Very well designed with a very theoretical first part of the energies, how they run, how to act, everything you need to know about recurring or other energies. And the 2nd part of the book is devoted to practice, how to identify the energy of places, objects, people, etc. For me it is a book I was waiting a long time! Fortunately it was done and done well!
