To supply you actually need at Amazon say anything more, it was as always exemplary. For device: The Onkyo TX-NR515 runs with me along with a set Onkyo 5.1 surround speakers and the interaction provides both the sound and the spatial impression a very good result. The connecting and construction are easy and also the first steps (calibration, source selection and assignment, the setup maintenance) are self-explanatory and easy thanks to the OSD. The cooperation with my Samsung TV and BluRay player works perfectly. If a movie or just TV watched, the Onkyo FB, thanks to HDMI-CEC ("Anynet" at Samsung), virtually superfluous. If you switch the TV on, start automatically with the AVR and I only need the FB of TVs. Also, the HDMI passthrough works fine, so is the PC image on the TV display even without turning AVR example. The problems that I can not understand are described in the other reviews why. For this I must say received my TV program from the internal DVB-C tuner on the TV and only the sound of Onkyo forwarded. An STB is therefore not used. When listening to music, the TX-NR515 no weaknesses, no matter what source affords (radio, CD or with me very often music from the NAS via DLNA). The receiver with an Android app can be fairly well controlled is still a nice addition. Nice to have but not really essential for survival and therefore not part of my review.
Conclusion: Super sound, ease of use and installation, attractive appearance (is but a matter of taste), super functional. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would buy the device again.
