A man (Alan) is about to jump from the Eiffel Tower to end his life but a man saves his life in extremis. In fact, a pact is sealed: Alan will now do everything the man in question will ask him. This man (Dubreuil) will impose a number of events that will bring Alan to gradually regain confidence in him, not to be overwhelmed by his habits, to dare ... The tested are quite funny and it manages them. But then the question arises: who is this man? why such a pact? what is the purpose of these tested? The novel continues with revelations about surprising Dubreuil. A final testing also keeps us in suspense: he is going to succeed and how?
Voluntarily, I will not say more because I gacherais you the pleasure of reading and discovering the story. This is a novel that really reads well, very fluid and keeps us, all along, spellbound. It also has about humanistic moral. A very, very good novel. I had not really appreciated his novel precedent because I had found a little bland, but so far, nothing to see, it is really excellent !!
