At first I thought she was not super pretty and that its design was a bit "cheap" ... but in fact it is excellent. This is my third machine and so far the best at rendering bread.
The tiny mess scary the first time but in fact it is super efficient and it really flap, I am in my tenth bread and it's never been up. It leaves a very small hole in the bread anyway but compared to static mixers that has nothing to do!
Japprécie much that the menu appears in full on the program .. full screen, normal etc ... because I always had to look in the manual to find the right number with previous and it was pretty stressful losing record!
The diffuser of ingredients can be switched or not friendly when not in use so it does not sound nor the clicks.
I tested the Kenwood with "convection" and the ground was even whiter on top with the riviera! For a MAP is the one whose color difference is less obvious between the top of the bread and the rest of the 3 that I could have.
I do my usual recipes from the Riviera and the bread rises better, it is more swollen, yet I have not changed my recipe so it's really a good design.
A little expensive but I recommend it.
