This gluten-free recipe book or dairy is really great! I am absolutely satisfied and would recommend to anyone who also wants to discover new products and recipes that change a bit unconventional. They are all very simple and do not require a mass of different ingredients. Only small problem: the book contains no illustration. But ultimately, it will be pass easily given the simplicity of the recipes. They are classified by ingredients declined in several forms (eg for rice, one will find recipes using rice grains, but also rice flour, rice flakes, rice cream, rice milk , etc.). The main ingredients of recipes from Mrs. Cupillard: almond, arrow root, chestnut, cassava, millet, hazelnut, cashew, coconut, sweet potato, potato , pistachios, quinoa, rice, buckwheat, soybeans and pulses (mainly lentils and chickpeas). In brief, a really nice book for those who love to cook and want to explore new flavors (intolerant or not)!
