Excellent, except for the corrections

The book is progressive and each chapter covers a subject (name, verb, adverb, ...) and comes in ten, twenty or thirty small exercises that range from simple to more formidable. It is dense, there is something to do with a school year.
I also like the variety of exercises, some are basic (underline verbs, conjugate, fill the holes ...) others ask to invent sentences are precise instructions.

A buy of course with the Little Grévisse as icing on the cake, exercises direct reference to paragraph grammar book that explain the concept. It really is VERY well designed.

One regret me take away a star: the CD-ROM that contains the answers. Impossible to correct other than his computer is a practical ... Besides the CD-Rom is not readable on Mac OS X 10.6, as formatted PC. This is even more stupid than them in PDF files are searchable by vulgar n "any interface.

But this last detail, the exercises are really ideal for school and university students who want to refine their knowledge of French. Some are very simple, others more complex, and ultimately even people deemed "good in French" are material to scratch the front!
