So I tried the soles, with a priori not very good base. Unable to remove the original sole of my shoe, I put it, it did not pose any problems. And there, suddenly, I was more evil.
Whereas before I could put that type of safety shoes (the only with whom I had less trouble), I can again put small boots without risking bad in my leg the next day. Of course, if I go up and down stairs several times or I walk on a very steep terrain, the pain will still end up back because I have exceeded my limits. But being able to walk for hours now on flat without pain is a relief.
The downside is the price, they are expensive. Fortunately, they last me long enough (I bought my first pair there is a little more than a year and is still in excellent condition). I tried other shoes, but nothing to do, I can not find in as effective. And the fact that it does so only 2mm thick is a real plus.
By cons, you still have to be careful that I shoes I bought. I bought boots at 25 euro (normal heel 3cm) believing that I could put them with the soles, but not even with Noenes, I finally nab tendinitis. We will say that as I walk with shoes, the quality is not too "low end" These soles allow me not to feel pain. But if the foundation I have rotten shoes, nothing works.
In conclusion I would say that these shoes are fine for those who have a patella problem and or back. By cons, if you have trouble because of the fact that your shoes are of poor quality, there is little chance that a pair of insoles changes the game.
For those who are 90 kg and more, it is stated that we must take the No. 2 4mm thick, and not those who are just above 2mm.
Warning: be careful not to wrong side when we put them (put the white side with the logo side up, and the black elastomer side facing shoe) if it's the opposite. I was wrong once side, I had so much pain after walking more than I might be wrong (luckily it has not happened to me in my first test told me or I will be "What is the soles m ... ", then I saw that there was a concern and it is by reading the instructions I tilted).
Please also note: the soles are not made to be barefoot on it. It is also indicated on the packaging must be put with socks.
For the size, I find them very well cut. When I take a size 38, she returned nickel in my shoes 38. Last month I ordered a pair of 39 because there was more my size in promo, and 20 euro instead of 30, it ' was too tempting. Once received soles, I cut them and I got a pair of 38, they stand out great.
To wash, I use Marseilles soap, so I'm sure of not damaging them.
For sweating: contrary to what is stated in a previous review, I do not find that these soles promotes perspiration but does not limit either. These soles cushion but have nothing against perspiration. What I mean is that summer and winter, if I put the shoes in which I do not sweat, I'm not going to sweat with these soles. By cons, if I put the shoes in which I usually sweat, well I'm going to sweat. Note that the material also plays socks (personally, those with nylon or cotton too make me sweat while cotton socks / polyester do not make me sweat). There are a range of Noene sole that cushions and also against sweating, but it costs much more expensive (I think this is the model "ergonomic, but I'm not sure, check).
