But being able to walk for hours now on flat without pain is a relief.
The downside is the price, they are expensive. Fortunately, they last me long enough (I bought my first pair there is a little more than a year and is still in excellent condition). I tried other shoes, but nothing to do, I can not find in as effective. And the fact that it does so only 2mm thick is a real plus.
By cons, you still have to be careful that I shoes I bought. I bought boots at 25 euro (normal heel 3cm) believing that I could put them with the soles, but not even with Noenes, I finally nab tendinitis. In conclusion I would say that these shoes are fine for those who have a patella problem and or back. By cons, if you have trouble because of the fact that your shoes are of poor quality, there is little chance that a pair of insoles changes the game.

For sweating: contrary to what is stated in a previous review, I do not find that these soles promotes perspiration but does not limit either. These soles cushion but have nothing against perspiration. What I mean is that summer and winter, if I put the shoes in which I do not sweat, I'm not going to sweat with these soles. By cons, if I put the shoes in which I usually sweat, well I'm going to sweat. Note that the material also plays socks (personally, those with nylon or cotton too make me sweat while cotton socks / polyester do not make me sweat). There are a range of Noene sole that cushions and also against sweating, but it costs much more expensive (I think this is the model "ergonomic, but I'm not sure, check).
