Excellent hard drive Super Size

*** Installation ***
The connection is established as a normal SATA drive. Without bundled cable, a corresponding SATA cable must therefore be present (usually found in its motherboard packaging yet which one). Due to the size the disk as GPT disk must be organized. Windows 7 passes without being asked to do so.

*** Power ***
The hard drive is, as usual, equipped with WD with decent performance. I use an SSD as a system drive, so I can not comment on what is good for the plate as the main drive, but as a data grave she does good services. I start more games from her and the load times are absolutely fine, although the drive with 5400rpm certainly does not have the best response times in the world.

*** *** Volume
I buy WD Green drives primarily because the hard drives run very smoothly and quietly. In this regard, not disappointed, the 3TB version. I hear it from the very quiet desktop enclosure under the desk not out easily. I do not hear any work noise out, only a very quiet basic sums, if you listen to next to the plate.
