I was looking for an efficient phone to connect to my Freebox Revolution and after much research I came across this one.
What really pleased me:
- Quality of materials / design: it's beautiful, well done (so much so that my friends thought it was a cell phone!), Touch the metal of the hull and the buttons is excellent.
- Bluetooth: It's really great to be able to sync the iPhone with its fixed phone.
- The remote database: The SL400 is a combined 'SL400H' + base. In other words it is possible to connect the base on the Freebox and put the phone on the other hand! It changes phones with base + handset incorporated.
- The quality of communication: the sound is crisp and clear, without unpleasant sputum, even on VoIP line from my Freebox, I never had a phone with such high quality sound.
- Autonomy: It is written in the manual to be loaded once 3h and then fully discharge the phone before using it normally. It is properly hallucinating: I made an internal call between my handset 1 and 2 to unload my handset 'faster' drums, then I went to bed. When I got up in the morning, the phones were still communicating, over 12 !!! I imagine that the battery is new, but still.
- Advanced features and extras: baby monitor, polyphonic ringtones good (it also changes the other).
As against what I did not like:
- The handset does not automatically raccorche if the caller hangs up (when not immediately perhaps?)
- Obligation to use the base of the phone connected to the Freebox Revolution for it to work well, in fact the Freebox Revolution is compatible DECT which normally eliminates the need basic, but it does not work properly. But it is very minor as a problem, since the base is offset.
- Its price. This is by far the most expensive of my selection. The good comes at a high price ...
In short, I do not regret my purchase, despite its higher price.
