Excellent product, but quality and "notice" to review

-The My oldest has 2 broken compactors quick couplers after only 1 year. Obviously, it does not exist in parts.

-with new 2 purchased on Amazon: I got a fright when unpacking the produce seemed improper (I saw only the outer black box, not the vacuum bag). Complaint laid on Amazon, the seller recalled in the day and left a phone message. By following the seller's explanations, I saw that the product was consistent: there is a sort of "double bottom" in the black box, and the vacuum bag was there.

Doc manufacturer again ... or create because the small symbol in lieu of notice on the paper is incomprehensible ...

It remains indeed "magic" when you plug the vacuum cleaner: space saving is bluffing about quilts and other clothing while thick.
