The reception is excellent, even with the integrated mini antenna (at least for me). Watching from the TNT did not solicit virtually all computer's processor! Recording in Apple format is a great feature: I use at home to record programs / movies I then read directly on my TV thanks to the couple iTunes + AppleTV. Another use case: on holidays in winter sports: you save the price of the rental of the TV, guaranteed return on investment! One tip though: I had técharger the latest software and drivers on the AVER website for this to work on my Win 7 PC.
