Very well explained recipes, pleasant decorations, pictures of culinary accomplishments are real photos of non professionals, "cakes or homemade bread", which makes it more authentic book. I use a bread machine for almost 10 years, I make houses for a very long rolls that everyone loves, with this book I was able to expand the range of "good afternoon snacks" for my children and grandchildren. The cakes freeze well, I freeze brioches, croissants and rolls as they are refoidies for a great breakfast, this is the ideal! For cons, the recipes in this book often suggest a mixture "water pump". For my part, I do not put that semi-skimmed milk and use of bio flour, I find it much better result. Complimentary bonus: cooking these pastries perfume the whole house!
