I'm 18 1/2. Very effective as soon as I started to stop wheat, rice - grain - and sugars (and potatoes) I lost kilos and fat gradually. We must be patient to lose weight, but the results are quickly visible. This awareness about food makes me bcp less stressed and I feel better in my body. I have NEVER been frustrated, I calmed my cravings and snacking while stopped because it did not say anything more. I eat less in quantity because bcp quickly satiated. In two weeks, I lost 2.5 kg and my belly is no longer swollen.
I also do a little sport, and squats are very effective, they work the entire body.
By cons, a small problem is being vegetarian, I must be more careful, that is to say that I must bcp complete lack of protein by fish and eggs. I try to search for recipes, but it is quite difficult to vary their meals when you do not eat meat. Anyway I am very very happy with this book. A big thank you to Mark Sisson and his blog!
