All afternoon I like eating at home.
Most:
- Isothermal Quality: Heated at 7am, my main dish stays warm at 13:30. Attention "stay warm" does not mean hot! But the main dish (rice, pasta, starchy foods) remains more than tepid, very nice room.
- The soup (which I put in the compartment with the cap, which I find tight, I never had a problem except some minor leaks, but in the aluminum can), is lukewarm at 13:30, pleasant room: especially it's always a pleasure to feast with soup vegetables.
- Superb Design! The fact that it is "rectangular" suits me much to store in my backpack.
- The wand box, very trend, we can stand behind the bag (li there is a small spot for)
Cons:
- Heavy anyway! But it will, and that is the price to pay to eat well.

Tip:
- Already in the morning you have to heat own food
- Preferably in the kitchen (not in plastic box, in the microwave, I think it is high).
- Pour boiling water into the aluminum box and leave 5 minutes, time to warm up and dry clean with a cloth before putting his food).
- Although heat his food before the soup is boiling.
