Exceptional flavor

In a lot of about 1 liter tomato and vegetable sauce tsp of the powder was a 1. Used. Hardly landed in the pot is a terrific smoky smell in the kitchen made wide. I was literally flashed on the result and the resulting fullness. The smoke flavor is clear. I love the spice and use it mainly for meat dishes or very spicy vegetable dishes as Ratatouillle (but here much more subtle amounts).
Find a friend that it tastes at first sight, as if something burnt. Hmmm, I can not confirm. But as the saying goes: The tastes are different.

Problems opening the box I had not. Start teaspoon (bowl), and slightly pry open the (incidentally very decorative) can.

From me 5 of 5 points for taste and value

Addendum: There are by the company Fuchs a special edition of exotic spices.. Including smoked paprika "Paprika de la Vera". It costs about 4 to 50 g. But in my view it is sufficient by far not reach the quality of El Avion.
