Having repeatedly tested the B & W P5, the Beats or Bose noise reduction, I was hesitant to put that kind of money in buying a helmet. As an audiophile, it is often frustrating to watch music limited by the capabilities of a helmet whatsoever and what I had heard so far left me a little on my hunger ... Then after reading several rave reviews in the trade press, I tested store Fidelio L1 and I must admit that while I did not expect the Philips high-end, they really do not compromise on this helmet: - Look stunning, high-quality materials (leather and aluminum) - Exceptional comfort, the helmet fits well while not shaking too, and its shape memory pads are incredibly pleasant, especially during long tracks - Sound Quality: I tested on classical, jazz, pop ... and yet that good surprises. His very balanced, low present but not invasive (as I found this was the case on the Beats) and its very natural. The semi-open shells are probably what there is better at this level. - Insulation: we are in a bubble ... - Presentation: what a pleasant surprise on receiving the product in its magnificent black packaging. It includes the course, but also produces a carrying case, an extension cable with remote and mic for phone call made and additional connectors for use 6.3 "Hi-Fi" at home ... perfect! - Transport: I have noticed that after the shells pivoted allowing convenient storage in a computer bag, for example when you are on the go ... we can not of course say that it is part of the easiest headsets to carry, but at this level, one can not have everything clearly! In short, I recommend very strongly that helmet!
