This book actually excites me because these are recipes that I would call "natural" ... the real kitchen. Total opposition to ... gastronomy presentation to drop by, and taken everything, even bombastic great chefs. These are affordable recipes without problems with real taste, true flavors, lots of natural, but in a spirit of family cooking. These are true bistro recipes no "bars" cans .... how "great leader" ... This is real food! I recommend warmly. Just for that lack of finish photo, given the drafting of revenue poses absolutely no problem. A buy without hesitation.
