A fresh, extremely lively performance of the oratorio. It outweigh fast, sometimes very fast tempos (the hallelujah maybe a little too fast). So I have not heard the Messiah. One is surprised and curious about the next sentences, in the expectation that something very unusual to hear original. Since the individual pieces of any music lover work are common and known sometimes arises - through this extremely dynamic, rousing interpretation - the impression that something new (and of course outstanding things) to hear from Handel. The conductor is right: Many sets have to be played and sung dynamic. Some pieces I have much more slowly, sometimes painfully slow in memory. This can easily lose interest in this unique work and then listens to the Messiah at only half or two-thirds.
