Presumably it is the adjustment of the backrest, because that's all about nothing, which is unusual. Lean can be adjusted otherwise always somehow. The speakers criticized by wobbling the rest, I can confirm, but bothers me less than the bad sideways spinning reels ... other way around as the previous speaker ... People are just different. Overall a great chair - even with defects.
