I chose for our induction cooker for the test winner of WMF. However, the high price could not fulfill my expectations. I take the pan as a general purpose pan for Fleich and potato products. It is positive that the pan is well in hand. Also, no delays were observed during heating. After a short time, however, stuck the food to the pan bottom. Only with gentle force and a spatula the roast products were turned. Often a layer at the bottom got stuck. This coating must of course then with increased effort (soaking was not enough) be removed.
After almost half a year I'll dispose of the pan and buy me a new frying pan. Given the high price of the product is worth only 1 point.
