This book does not describe how to conquer the world. It does not describe either how successful his career or become more efficient (and passing other roll in the mud) It describes our human side. He shows us how our dévelloper serenity and communicate better with others. Finally it is a book for learning to live together, with fewer wars, more understanding. It's something to everyone but requires to believe and make efforts every time. Maybe if everyone who seriously tried it our earth would be a paradise. I do not know if the method advocated by the author is better or worse than others, but it gives notice to moin widely satisfaction. The problem is to try and persevere than doing something complicated. Rather than trying to succeed by promoting elitism (I train to become superior to others) or deceit (I half mast people and does not hesitate to lie to reach my goal), it is open his heart.
