I find this external hard drive very well! You are no noises, they do not even humming! The USB cable that is both for data transfer as well as for the power supply, is a bit on the small side in my opinion, but is still acceptable.
Warm the disk is not. If anything then just Lau-warm (hardly noticeable).

You have to make any further installations: connect, finished! When transferring data it is also very fast 8GB HD video I just now in about 3 minutes on the hard disk had.

I bought me because my old HITACHI broke down. And I absolutely need a backup from laptop. The price is also inordnung.
