Incredibly loud fan, I've never seen, I have to be honest. Have bought it for my living room ATX computer, but strengthened again. Got him in the BIOS manually controlled at 10%, but it was loud as a hair dryer and I'm not sensitive in terms of fan noise. Vlt I also caught a Monday product.
So definitely not usable.
