Shortlisted Makita- and Metabo screwdriver fell with 18 volts and LiIon batteries.
Why only these two brands ?!
Now, with two brands I have had good experiences with other tools and unlike eg Bosch and other NoName jigsaws PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) were also never been found in the handles for testing ÖkoTest & Co. for these brands.
If a manufacturer uses such things with a tool (jigsaw), why should he not use with other tools, which are equipped with optically similar cases, these pollutants ?!
By BS18Li I now have the old fence de- within a short time and the new fence installed and am thrilled!
He is very powerful and the battery packs have a sufficiently long service life!
For the precision of the drill chuck, I can only say that I have worked so no filigree model buildings, but the construction of a fence or a cabinet now was the precision more than adequate and you could easily pre-drill wood, sink screws, etc.
The accessories in the form of the case, I find success. It's in the trunk still sufficient space for drill and bit set and neither of the cordless screwdriver, connect the charger or the second battery flying around it.
In short, as a homeowner who has but now and then to do something at home, I would buy this cordless screwdriver at any time!
