Who by the folding in of snow udgl (ie including nuts, chocolate drops, ...) in any kind of dough masses (if slightly if difficult) is fed up, I can UNTERHEB-agitating element AT 511 KENWOOD highly recommended.
Note:
Speed stage only to minimum!
Advantages:
+ Quick adjustment of height (Anm .: is in itself only one time needed)
+ Including x-wrench for easy adjust
+ Including 2 "Male Pins" to be suitable for all Chef models
+ Quick and easy cleaning without dishwasher
+ Doughs are still loose
+ During the sub-lifting can be put to good use working elsewhere
Disadvantages: - at least for me -
- Part of the mass, is becoming far as the upper edge of the element, the last still needs to be cleaned back into the bowl in order to fold in the ground correctly
Note:
This element is - as I suspect - aware of plastic, because anything else would be for lower lifting too heavy and the air would escape.
Conclusion:
An indispensable kitchen tool for Kenwood Chef models!
