The book failed to help me. The problem with this subject, and we --other methods behavior is That One needs to be calm to start with, the people really angry Who really need help are not in a frame of mind to read a book and analize Themselves. Good try, goal at times, I feel I'm buying a book Just Because the cover is black and yellow and expecting it to be Useful and entertaining.
