- 4 weeks after expiration of the warranty formed regularly a puddle under my machine (valve rubber slip / leak but was fixed)
- Three months after the guarantee came off the Andruckklammer that pushes the pads in front of the brewing process in the cartridge and is fixed with positional accuracy. An inexpensive thin sheet metal part. They just fell out. But the device was initially also without using clip on.
- Two months ago, then unhooked the latch mechanism for Padschublade. The retaining pin was not quite back, if you opened the lock, and held the tray in iron tray. The drawer was including wet pads in the shaft. Only after Riesenfummelei with a very thin, very long blade I could slide the bolt in the cartridge slot and manually resolve the Padschublade from the device bay. By that I ever came up there, but I had before the panel of the drawer out break and cut the filthy pads, whereby the wet powder distributed throughout the bay. :-P. A path through the "back door" did not exist, unfortunately, since the only access to the slide-in compartment of the outside, the assembly with the discharge parts below the insertion shaft, can not be removed, even if one solves the screws mounted there. After the retaining bolt was working again, but only for a few days. After playing with the blade started again from the beginning because of defective retaining bolts made of plastic and apparently wears a bit more with each lock.
- Yesterday, the worst-case scenario: I turn on the machine, and the key electronics goes crazy, that is the function lights will flash as disturbed wildly. No switch-no automatic water heating. The machine is no longer make a sound. For this, the operating electronics flashes completely confused. After a few minutes then blinked nothing. The unit does not respond to the pressure of any function key. Plug out and clean again brought no change. The unit is completely dead, simply no longer use. Short-circuit as the cause turns out, all other kitchen appliances 1a function. The board for the operating electronics was obviously broken.
My conclusion: It is indeed WMF it, but it's not in there WMF - the build quality is not built to last. Much plastic, especially in the elements that are needed daily. Buyers I would recommend the device from another manufacturer.
Coffee and milk foam, incidentally, were very good.
