Fantastic 11 1

At the risk of repeating myself, I love Deepak Chopra. He has a gift (and others) give me the energy to move forward. It provides solutions, remedies, life philosophies, Ayurveda, I agree completely. I practiced for a few weeks, I feel joy, serene, a rebirth.
Of the many tips that I found great, I set up a small program personal meditation, mantras, Ayurvedic food, Ayurvedic herbal teas, small daily walk 30 minutes, yoga ..... well, I no longer recognize myself. I'm not the same and I saw. It even changed my morale, my health, my happiness and my perception of the world. Do you think this little program is "painful"? nay nay ... I was doing nothing more than sport, I limited myself to work, get tired and read as much as possible. It is close to the miracle because I am active again, yoga, meditation, nature walk ... and you believe me or not, it does all the difference ........ and what is magic is that I had a lot of fun to set up my small program on personal expert advice Deepak and it's like I became again a child with a new toy: it's for my own good, I know ... so, I do not know, even when I'm super tired after a day's work, I have enough energy to do my little Ayurvedic herbal tea (which I hated tea), and then in the evening, even the eyes mid ended, I start my meditation before going to bed .... It is perhaps also that I applied and I felt things so ... how to say, almost magical peace , serenity, it seems to visit other worlds, other worlds, and to meet .......... ....... our soul and that, believe me it done much good, much much .... But I digress there .... :-)
This book as another of the same author I highly recommend (the path to wisdom, a gem) came into my life at the right moment (not random!) Because I had a little (or a lot) fed watching my life ... there were lots of things that I felt I had to change because I was not good, nor in my body or in my soul or my mind. But I did not know where to start, what to do ... I was under the water ... then this book like many others of the same author have triggered something in me and I thank from my heart because it ' had not won, I was entangled .... so if that is your case as (or even if it is not obviously :-)) this book can bring you a lot and maybe like me, trigger little thing that ... everything changes in our life ........... nothing is impossible! absolutely nothing, except our belief our limits !!

Advice from Deepak Chopra It is simple, effective and I love ................ course it takes discipline but if you say: go hop, I'll give me a new challenge in life, I decided that my health has to be perfect and there is something that is taking place in deepest self. Gradually, it is as if my soul has decided to help me (in fact that's it), and it gives me ideas, energies and I am performing. In fact, I test stuff and I see that it brings me joy difficult to explain ... it's a bit as if I had taken antidepressants and anti-hallucinogens all day so it ' is everything in nature, in our view, made with natural ingredients to help us, while we are in connection with all ........ Respect, humility, love for oneself even to start, and then it is vital for everyone!
This book as many books by Deepak Chopra give you the fishing, the desire to live, the desire to move forward, it will "boost" ....
