Ubi has support for Dua core CPUs is not implemented in this game.
Although my Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 would be enough of a performance point, the game starts with a black screen, which no longer reacts.
A patch is available (Google search for "Far Cry 4 Dual Core Fix").
However, this seems the most current patch level of Far Cry 4 also stop working.

Conclusion: Now I have bought the Gold Edition for just under 70 EUR and it can neither play nor return it to Amazon. Bright Lights!
