Far more than just a microwave

At first I was a bit scared that this goodly device could not fit into our rather small kitchen, but that was unfounded. While the device is higher and deeper than our former microwave, but not wider and thus they fit perfectly to the location of the previous device. Nevertheless, 'WOW! This part is fairly bulky and mainly quite heavy.
For this you have to say but also that you can not just 'only' gets to the JT 469 microwave with which you can defrost or heat food, but practically an almost complete oven with grill top. The cooking space with 33l is not comparable to a 'real' oven, but otherwise the elaborate possibilities with this unit are extremely diverse.
Visually, the device looks quite chic. Interestingly, sees the 119 MW of the Whirlpool subsidiary Bauknecht the JT 469 quite similar ';) If I find somewhat regrettable, it is that all functions are labeled in English only on the device. Who is not quite as powerful of the English language, which can certainly be confused as to what I find questionable especially in kitchen appliances.
Moreover, the included manual is written in understandable German and I also feel really sufficient. At this point, however, is strongly recommended on the unit and the instructions to deal intensively! As already mentioned, the JT 469 is a powerful kitchen tool - can be applied properly 'deal with a whole lot of cooking, baking and grilling tasks. There are even pre-programmed fixed programs for various dishes, so you have to practically prepare only the ingredients and the machine takes over the complete management Gar incl. Browning etc. There are interesting simple things like bread and rolls baking possible up to the crisping or even complete baking of pizzas and casseroles or grilling of vegetables, but really one has to deal in advance with the many options before you should seriously cook the family or guests with it. But I can promise that the really worth. It's amazing what you can cook with such a device all.

Also worth mentioning in this context is the accessory.
Included with the so-called crisp plate located next to the obligatory glass turntable (diameter 32 cm) incl. Removable handle, two stainless steel cooking grates and a steam cooking tray. In addition, a baking tray and a cover be purchased as accessories. But with the included things have been definitely before the foundation included for many opportunities in the price.
Furthermore interesting is the so-called 3D system. This is the heating of food carried considerably more uniform than is the case with many standard microwaves. In fact, I did this in the past always bothered outdoor or on the surface everything seemed to be very hot, but inside the food to be heated fainted or were even frozen. This is when JT 469 truly final! I've tried that both with liquids, semi-liquid contents and food and everything was heated as desired throughout. A great thing that so far every person in our household positively noticed.
In summary, that you can not simply receive only an expensive, big and heavy with the JT 469 Microwave Whirlpool, but a multifunction device that performs many tasks of a hot-air furnace, in addition to excellent thoughtful microwave functions. Thus, the relatively high purchase price into perspective very quickly. In single-person households, this machine could completely replace even the oven.
The important thing is that you really deals with the device, if you want to use the many features useful and safe. Self-explanatory is here at best only the basic function (heating), everything else requires some training. But this is fun and it is also worthwhile.
