I know style is highly subjective and oft a touchy subject, but I've read a lot of books and the style this book is written in annoys the hell out of me! If you can deal with the style (and obviously lots of people can), then you will love this book. As to runner who is injured at the moment, I sooooooo wanted to love this book but the way it is written Prevents me from doing that.
