Zoot Woman (Audio CD)

Customer Review

Zoot Woman started in 2001 with their debut album "Living in a Magazine" a journey through time back in the 80s. Wonderful songs to sing along as the theme song - and delicate emotional ballads like the most well-known hit of the band, "It's Automatic".
This really brilliant album was panned mercilessly by large sections of the music press whether the unabashed use in models such as New Order or The Human League.
The enormous Stylishkeit and supercooled Attitude is on the new album "Zoot Woman" no longer the center.
The loud, pompous synths were significantly reduced and the band is now working with a much quieter electric immersion heater.
In addition, the quality of the songwriting and the lyrics has been significantly improved.
One in fact successful plate - but: you have to say quite clearly that the catchy is not so huge.
But it is much more demanding and rounder than its predecessor.
Playing tips: "Grey Day" (Single - and at the same spirited art song) and the fine ballad "Hope in the Mirror".
All electric and friends should have immediate access.
