We like to do Pizza and Flammkuchen itself and searched for a board that is large enough to hold the whole pizza at a time, because the smaller thinner usual wood blades are usually so small that you can only with difficulty a decent pizza or a nice thin Tarte got it. This is now fit and massive. You have to know that it is slightly thicker than the normal thin boards (guess so 1cm) and not flattened at the edge, but when you einstäubt it with flour, pizza or Tarte slips still problems on the sheet and back. There is reason to fear any nasty Spreisel, although the wood is untreated. We did not eat on this board so I can not comment on its cut resistance. Overall I am very satisfied.
