Naturally, I can not examine the contents of the cartridge - at least not in ml in grams 113.37 incl cartridge have been weighed.. The cartridge looks completely different from those of other sellers. The seller does not know the content well-ml, but relies on the manufacturer's specification of the original: 4,000 sheets at 5% black. Epson achieved the 65 ml, there weighs the empty cartridge 56 grams. If this cartridge weighs empty less than 50 grams, then it might be 65 ml (specific gravity of the original ink. Since the cartridge completely looks 1.05g per ml otherwise, I can not exclude such a low weight at present.
Who needs indelible prints, 2 stars must pull here, because the cartridge is filled with dye instead pigmented ink (information provided by the seller in an email to me). Anyone - like me - en masse paper for short-term use (sports programs) needed is pricewise on the right page. I will test the product later exactly and add a response.
Thankfully, the seller has not - like so many others - maintains that the ink level indicator with the cartridge works (or by the new chip). The fact remains: The Epson WorksForcePro WF 5620 recognizes the non-original cartridge and denied any Information capacity. This information was formerly justified me by another expert respondents with a patent on the printer series. Whether it is something other chip or the software responds accordingly irrelevant because it is not just. It would be interesting "compatible" by other users of these and other listening cartridges of series 7891, 7901 and 7911 how is the ink level indicator on the other printers.
On the question of compatibility may be noted in passing that the term "compatible" does have several stages. The minimum requirement is that the so called part is suitable in or on the device. Say: It must fit without it may be impaired in irgendwiner way. So the color must be right before. In this case, the ink is not smudge-proof. The functions must be identsich. Here, the ink level indicator - at least in the 5620 printer - not displayed. In this respect one can speak "compatible" in this case of, if you make known, where the function / effect vorleigt a deviation.
So here a Kompatibliät is given with the restrictions: 1. Do not smudge-resistant ink 2. Without ink display function.
As with any test, the individual user has to wonder whether the restrictions interfere with him or for him are irrelevant. So you can give the 5th star if you are satisfied, if necessary, also with less Tinter at the price. Who the ink level indicator is important or smearing, which will want to pull off here 1-3 points
At the very least, the potenielle buyer with this information now before making a purchasing decision and the buyer knows now, but that other cartridges can not engage with the printer are partially inserted though. Here he is with this cartridge on safer side, because the design of the cartridge is different from any other - which is obviously the key is that the cartridge will not spit.
I also tell why I withdrew 1 star. One is that the seller is not the presigibt ml statement - the statement 4,000-sheet is too vague, since it is completely uncertain whether DYE ink and bel same content in ml behave the way that such pigmentiere ink. The cartridge as such like it very much because it is accepted by the device without snags. In retrospect, I would however like to see the cartridge would be made of a material where I can recognize whether the cartridge needs to be hidden and replaced or whether clean enough. There are on the market also milky transparent cartridges.
As I said: I submit information to the print image and quantity of content once I'm smarter.
