For a long time I had on the top floor no wifi (the router is on the floor below). Only when I through the Asus RT-N66W exchanged my Unitymedia router in combination with this repeater Asus RP-N14 N300, everything went flawlessly. I can stream HD movies from iPhone to Apple TV on the upper floor now, where before 0.0 was receiving. So, I'm thrilled.
Oh, I have a 120 line and on the middle floor, I have the wireless about 130-140 Mbps. Now I have on the top floor always 15-20 Mbit. That is sufficient.
By the way: the repeater is not halfway, but is also mounted on the upper floor. Is to say that the ASUS router already does a very good job in itself. But without the repeater, it would not go anyway.
