Fine, but strap breaks frequently, Service Top

Bought in December 2011 me the clock. Since then, three pins of the bracelet are already broken. I have repaired the then eiegen costs again. At the last break, the clock has then released from the wrist, has fallen to the floor and the glass is broken. I have a desk job and put the clock from playing sports. Apparently this is a problem not only with me, see reviews on
Am now in contact with Fossil. In my opinion, a material error, break too hard, too brittle, otherwise the pins would bend and not equal.
Visually and the movement can not be faulted.

Supplement 2.11.2012: Fossil has both bracelet and glass free (friendly correspondence) repaired (Porto to Fossil I had to pay, but that's ok). Thanks for this, very good service. I hope that now other sticks were used, so that no longer happens. Set for the good service, the star from 2 to 3. If the tape now hold no problems I will raise the stars again.

Addendum 12.05.2012: bracelet still holds. Apparently now pens better at work. Therefore again a star more (now 4)

01/03/2013: bracelet torn again. Set the rating now back at a star, no desire, mach 1 mm spring steel wire pure me.

05/01/2014: After it was in the summer by the outdoor pool or water showers in the clock I got the clock again returned, should actually be watertight. I then apparently a new clock get. The clock keeps previously super. Both bracelet and waterproof.

Conclusion: Maybe I had a "Monday Suhr", which is really great in any case, is the service that have never paid anything except their own postage. Therefore, now is final 3 stars.
