First-class wireless router

I bought two of these routers to build a 802.11ac WLAN bridge to the HTPC in the living room to provide (Ethernet cable structurally impossible). A router I configured as an access point, an as Mediabridge. The configuration went without a hitch, within a quarter of an hour I was finished.

The connection between these two routers delivers about 10 meters distance with a wall as an obstacle a respectable stable transmission rate of well over 300 Mbps net (measured with iperf). This is a multiple of what is required for smooth full HD streaming. A strong buy recommendation!

((For comparison:. Before I had two 500 Powerline adapter of AVM in use, reaching a mere 20 Mbps on the same route, ie less than 10% of the 802.11ac WiFi capacity Exceptional confounding factors that could affect the Powerline operation, could I did not notice. In general, therefore seems to be superior to the 802.11ac WiFi Powerline concept.))
